Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced ‘Sr. SEO Executive‘ to drive the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization, a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns, and the ability to lead a team to achieve impactful results.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C clients. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with US-based clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable SEO plans. Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing queries promptly.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO strategies. Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques for maximum impact.
Marketing Presentations:
Create engaging marketing presentations to showcase SEO strategies and performance to clients. Clearly articulate the value of SEO initiatives and their impact on business goals.
SEO Growth Hacks:
Identify and implement innovative SEO growth hacks to stay ahead of industry trends. Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Accountability and Performance Metrics:
Assume complete accountability for the success of assigned SEO projects. Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Adaptability and Performance Under Pressure:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
• 4 years or plus of proven experience in SEO, preferably with exposure to both B2B and B2C sectors. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and team members.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience in creating compelling marketing presentations.
• Proficiency in SAAS.
