• Leading the entire SEO initiatives and strategies including (but not limited to): Keyword research & structuring, On-Page & Off-Page, content optimizations, technical audits, backlinking, international and multilingual SEO, pro
• Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to identify target keywords and analyze search volumes, competition, and trends.
• Creating meaningful reports in collaboration with the marketing operations team, to accurately measure the impact of SEO activities.
• Working closely with the content team to help define the content strategy/calendar based on identified SEO opportunities
• Working closely with the web development team to ensure the implementation of tech SEO best practices and maintain an ideal site architecture for maximum SEO benefits]Excellent skills in tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, GTM, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ahref, and other SEO related tools.
• Have a strong understanding of JavaScript including rendering, CSS, and HTML, and how these elements affect SEO.
• Drive organic growth with featured snippets, optimize page speed, and improve Core Web Vitals for enhanced search visibility and superior user experience.
• Possess the ability to analyze server log files to extract valuable insights for SEO optimization.
• Responsible for implementing data-driven strategies and programmatic SEO to automate and improve website visibility, search rankings, and overall SEO effectiveness.
• Building a strong team of self-motivated SEO experts to help scale our organic efforts.
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven record of ranking big websites in SERP.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience of managing a team of SEO professionals.
• Expert knowledge of advanced SEO techniques, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, content optimization, and programmatic SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems
• Familiarity with black hat SEO tactics, their risks, and the ability to mitigate those risks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
