Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist
Location: Belgaum (Highly Preferred) / Remote.

What You'll Do:
Plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple brands, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Optimize for emerging formats in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) – helping brands appear in AI-generated answers across Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, and other generative search platforms.
Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) – structuring content to win featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search responses, ensuring direct, credible, and concise answers that engines can pull instantly.
Conduct keyword research (including intent-based and long-tail keywords), competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Optimize existing content and collaborate with writers to produce search-first, AI-friendly content.
Manage indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimizations.
Build high-quality backlinks and identify content syndication opportunities.
Use tools like Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO to track, analyze, and report performance.
What You Bring:
2 to 3 years of solid SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Hands-on knowledge of GEO – understanding how generative search works and how to structure content for visibility in AI search responses.
Working knowledge of AEO – including featured snippets, schema markup, FAQ optimization, and voice/search intent.
Strong grasp of search trends, semantic SEO, and user-intent mapping.
Proficiency in standard SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Basic understanding of how AI is influencing content visibility and rankings.
Bonus: Experience with YouTube SEO or optimizing for platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Medium.
