Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced, analytical, and self-driven SEO Manager to lead our SEO vertical. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising, demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, and be capable of delivering measurable results for diverse industries at the agency level.
Responsibilities
• Manage and rank GMB (Google Business Profiles) for Local & National clients.
• Design and execute effective SEO strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and revenue.
• Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
• Analyze and report on SEO and SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and Paid Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute link-building activities ensuring quality backlinks from reputable sources.
• Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
• Work with the web development team to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SEO & Paid Ads–related communication with clients.
Requirements
• Proven track record of delivering SEO results for local, national, and international clients across varied industries.
• Strong understanding of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and Link Building.
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads (PPC campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns).
• Proficiency with SEO & Ads tools:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush / Ahrefs
• Google Ads Manager
• Meta Business Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership experience, preferably managing a team of SEO specialists or digital marketing executives.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
