Job Title: Senior Server-Side Engineer

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Server-Side Engineer to join one of our key enterprise clients based near to Hyderabad or Warangal City India in a hybrid deployment.
As a Senior Server-Side Engineer at MMT, you'll be driving the development of projects with a focus on ASP.NET Framework & .Net Core technologies and ensuring a high level of technical quality in the delivery of trusted solutions to a diverse range of clients.
The Server-Side team work on cross-functional project teams, in a scrum-based format within the agile delivery model, to provide value to our clients. The team are experts in building out API's and other backend technologies that underpin the majority of technical delivery at MMT. Our Server-Side engineers work within .NET and NodeJS backends, to name a few, to create resilient API architectures that support mobile and web front-end digital experiences. The Server-Side team's remit is not restricted to solely Server-Side technologies as they have the opportunity to cross skill and frequently support both Systems and Front-End to embody a truly multi-functional team.
In order to flourish in this role, we'd love to see a self-motivated, detail oriented, Senior level Engineer, with strong problem solving and communication skills, that has great commercial experience working with complex projects in .NET Framework or .NET Core and C#. You should be capable of building and working with Web Services and Web API (i.e. SOAP, RESTful, RPC) and have experience working with AWS SDK, Lambda's and serverless architecture. We want an individual who is comfortable collaborating both with members of your team and with other teams working in the same area. The role is heavily client-facing so you should expect to interact with them on a daily basis and represent the team to the highest standards.
It would be advantageous, but not essential if you have worked in a SAFe environment or on large enterprise accounts previously as well as having worked with identity services such as Cognito, designed and built microservices, and full-stack development experience using HTML, JavaScript, and JavaScript Frameworks such as REACT, CSS, XML, AJAX.
As part of your role, you'll perform code reviews/pull requests with the team and work with Technical Architects and Product Owners to define the technical strategy and vision for the projects you are working on. Other things you could be doing include helping product owners refine user stories on agile projects; liaising with the Front-End and Systems Engineers to ensure efficient, cohesive code is delivered; inputting towards the best practices, community and vision of the wider Engineering team at MMT.
