Salary: 2.5- 3 Lakhs CTC
Qualification: Graduate/BE/B.Tech(Mechanical) or specific technical degree
Preferred candidate must be from Kitchen appliances Industry with relevant experience in - Spare parts repairing & Training
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage customer complaint and customer service.
• Continuous monitoring on delivery performance & quality rating.
• Handling incoming correspondence, including emails, faxes and mails.
• Track office inventory like managing vendor contracts, coordinating deliveries and ordering supplies.
• Assist and support technician to repair electronics products and items.
• Conduct industry specific research, organize files and draft supporting documents for conferences and meetings.
• Create reports, maintain records and documents paperwork, including inventory logs, delivery records, time sheets and various agreements and contracts.
• Prepare correspondence to delegate technical tasks to other employees.
• Provide efficient assistance to internal and external customers.
• Liaison between different departments to relay business-related information.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
