Senior ServiceNow Specialist
This role requires a seasoned expert in ServiceNow who can lead the development of high-quality solutions, drive platform governance, and support the scaling of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and be able to make strategic decisions about the direction of the platform.
• Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
• Drive pre-sales efforts, including client presentations, solutioning, proposals, and estimations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BAs, PMs, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to capture and deliver business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer & Certified System Administrator are mandatory; additional certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM,(CAS-PA,CIS-CPG) are a plus.
• Understanding of software development principles, Agile methodology, and version control systems like Git.
