Role: Senior Siebel Developer
Required Technical Skill Set :- Siebel Upgrade/Migration expertise
Desired Experience Range : 5 to 7Yrs.
Location of Requirement : Chennai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :
Must-Have :
• Good Experience in Siebel CRM functionalities such as Siebel Order Management, Onboarding, Lending, Servicing.
• Must have hands-on expertise in Siebel Configuration i.e., Business Components, Workflows, Business Services, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) etc.
• Knowledge/expertise in Upgrade/migration activities of Siebel CRM to latest version Siebel IP20 or higher.
• Knowledge/expertise in latest version of Oracle Siebel CRM is an advantage
Good-to-Have:
• Banking Domain Experience
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
• Good Experience in Siebel CRM functionalities such as Siebel Order Management, Onboarding, Lending, Servicing.
• Should have experience in working in Agile Environment.
• Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology suppliers and operational support areas to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions, and identify areas for service improvement
• Ex TCSers will not be eligible
