We are hiring Senior Civil Engineers to join our ambitious real estate development team at Venus Skky City, Dombivli – a large-scale township project comprising + towers, a school, a hospital, and modern amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site execution of RCC works, aluminium formwork, and finishing activities.
• Accurately calculate and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per structural drawings.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, cost control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and QA/QC teams to maintain site standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement practical technical solutions.
• Maintain daily work reports, ensure safety compliance, and monitor labor productivity.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in residential or township construction projects.
• Expertise in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork, RCC works, finishing activities, and BBS calculation.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
