Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer specializing in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design projects from conception to completion. The Senior Site Engineer will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
3. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and furnishings necessary for project implementation.
5. Supervise and manage site construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders, including clients, on project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior site engineers and other team members as needed.
+. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior design and construction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Site Engineer or Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
3. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
+. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
10. Previous experience working on LEED or green building projects is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,2++.+4 per month
