Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for understanding and implementing solutions to meet desired business outcomes and standards sustainably.
• Participate in design, build, and on-call support of various cloud, container, and on-premises platforms through standalone and integration operations.
• Responsible for ensuring that operational and service level agreements are operationally met through SLI and SLO monitoring, analysis, and incident responses.
• Be able to communicate effectively and work closely together with business clients, other technology teams, support partners and stakeholders to deliver and support business aligned solutions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service.
• Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Leadership Responsibilities:
• Monitor key parameters on productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
• Champion IDFC First's customer first culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight.
• Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
Functional Area: The candidate must have:
• 6+ overall years of experience, with 4+ years of professional site reliability career experience.
• Responsible for understanding and implementing solutions to meet desired business outcomes and standards sustainably.
• Participate in design, build, and on-call support of various cloud, container, and on-premises platforms through standalone and integration operations.
• Responsible for ensuring that operational and service level agreements are operationally met through SLI and SLO monitoring, analysis, and incident responses.
• Experience with monitoring, APM, and alerting tools like Newrelic, Pingdom, Opsgenie or Pagerduty.
• Be able to communicate effectively and work closely together with business clients, other technology teams, support partners and stakeholders to deliver and support business aligned solutions.
• Monitor, administer, and operate multiple clusters across data centers and in public cloud, primarily in Python, Scala and Java.
• Actively participate and contribute to code reviews and technical design documents, with an eye toward identifying performance and reliability bottlenecks.
• Strong experience with Linux administration and good understanding the various.
