Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore XP and Sitecore XM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have worked on at least 2 real-world XM Cloud projects and have deep experience building, upgrading, and maintaining enterprise-level Sitecore solutions.
You will work closely with architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Sitecore XP and XM Cloud
• Work on headless architecture using Sitecore XM Cloud
• Develop front-end integrations using JSS (React / Next.js preferred)
• Implement Sitecore features such as:
• Content Management
• Personalization
• Workflows
• Multisite & Multilingual setups
• Handle Sitecore XP MVC-based implementations
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
• Perform Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and UX teams for smooth delivery
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews when required
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years of overall Sitecore development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP (MVC architecture)
• Minimum 2 completed projects on Sitecore XM Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore JSS
• Strong knowledge of:
• .NET / C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• REST APIs
• Headless CMS concepts
• Experience with Git / Azure DevOps
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in remote / distributed teams
Good to Have
• Experience with Next.js / React
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, Search, or Personalize
• Azure cloud experience
• Sitecore Certifications (XP or XM Cloud)
