The preferred candidate needs to have minimum 2 years experience in managing social media for any Brands, Government Clients, NGOs etc...
Responsibilities
• The candidate should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
• He/She will be responsible for formulating social media strategies, create engaging content, run analytics data for brand & competition
• Build and execute social media strategy for Government, Departments & PSE Social media accounts
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement on page
• Set up and optimize company/groups/community pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Able to take events live across all social media platforms
Requirements
• Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in social media marketing in handling client servicing & social media management for Government Department, Public Sector Enterprise or Private Brands.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills is must
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Positive attitude, Good Listener, Effective Implementer, detail and client oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English/Hindi, Able to take live on social media platforms
• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations, Journalism
• Candidates with lesser experience may apply for Trainee or interns
