Key Responsibilities:
• Streamlining HR Processes:
• Manage employee records, optimize databases, and refine workflows to improve efficiency.
• Policy Champion:
• Address internal employee concerns with empathy and expertise while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. You will be the collaboration champion.
• Innovative Problem Solver:
• Lead HR projects to improve operations, create effective process charts, and streamline collaboration between teams in India and the US.
• Tech-Driven Efficiency:
• Use tools like Google Sheets, Lucidchart, and process management software to enhance HR processes, visualize workflows, and manage operational tasks effectively.
• Global Connector:
• Act as the vital link between India’s operations and recruiting teams and the technical and management teams in the US, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
