In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient communication with our target audience. Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
• Serve as the primary steward of the marketing automation system, executing email programs, nurture campaigns, and webinars for efficiency and data quality.
• Initiate and manage end-to-end webinars in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
• Create and manage a webinar content calendar aligned with marketing team KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Events and Demand Gen teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Maintain email communication best practices to avoid prospect/customer fatigue.
• Manage the company's email reputation and performance, consistently upholding best practices.
• Regularly audit user practices to ensure compliance.
• Maintain data hygiene standards, including list management and data cleansing.
Social Media Marketing:
• Create compelling social media content for the client's brand, emphasizing engagement and growth.
• Develop graphics and short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels.
• Collaborate with team members using tools to plan and coordinate social media posts.
• Engage with the online community, building meaningful relationships and increasing brand presence.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze important social media metrics and data.
• Produce high-quality content that resonates with a global audience.
• Act with a bias towards action, consistently creating and posting social media content.
Combined Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate email and social media content development projects.
• Provide documentation and training to support end users.
• Engage in social selling operations to promote and sell client's products globally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Email Marketing:
• 3 years of relevant marketing data analysis experience, including experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Klaviyo.
• HTML / CSS skills will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage complex priorities and competing tasks.
Social Media Marketing:
• Prior experience creating social media content for a brand or business, preferably in the digital media industry.
• Proficiency in creating social media graphics and short-form video content on Meta, Twitter / X platforms and other sub-merging platforms in the industry.
• Experience collaborating on social media posts with a team.
• Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media metrics and data analysis.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
