We are looking for a Social Media Expert who will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the social media strategy for brands to increase brand awareness improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
Primary Responsibilities
• Planning and developing social media campaigns and analysing running campaigns.
• Crafting compelling content and posting content across social media accounts
• Engaging with customers on different channels.
• Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Developing monthly social media reports and setting specific objectives, and reporting on ROI.
• Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
• Communicating with followers, responding to queries promptly and monitoring customer reviews
• Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Skills and Qualification
• Experience as a social media manager or a similar role.
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised and able to multitask
