5+ years in IT industry in management/leadership roles with preferably flair of working on the Telecom OSS/BSS projects and using the Agile methodology.
The role demands managing technical design and Java based enterprise software development / support across multi-stream deliveries, .
S/he should demonstrate strong solution understanding, technical delivery planning of tasks (development/integration) and maintaining quality standard.
Working experience in a multi-vendor system integration environment in COTS systems is definite plus.
Educational
Engineering graduate specializing in Computer Science / IT or a higher diploma / Masters specializing in computer systems / applications
Professional
CSM and/or TMF certifications are desirable.
Experience on 2-3 turnkey projects in technical development and delivery roles is mandatory
Technical Skills
Core Java, J2EE, Webservices, OOPS, Design and popular solution Patterns, Kubernetes based microservices, productivity tools usage and setup (config mgmt/automation tools), CI/CD technologies, Cloud Aware (Azure, AWS), BPMN, protocol development, Maven, Docker and Apache CXF,
COTS Understanding – Experience on managing the development and/or integration projects based on one or multiple of popular service fulfilment and service provisioning COTS product (e.g. Oracle OSM, Amdocs OMS, Hansen Provisioning, Hansen Order Manager)
Skill Requirements
• Should have truly agile mindset and hands on approach to design and technology expertise with a proven record to lead solution
• Analyze, design, own the specific development and testing of developed systems for functional/non-functional/performance/operational requirements abiding with development standards, tools and processes.
• Hands on performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues reported
• Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports and service requests with detailed RCA and solutions
• Should foster automation in the targeted projects/organisation to build robust Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) suite
• Quick and rounded decision abilities
• Communicate clearly with customer/stakeholders
