Our Company technology arm is developing an AI product for Business Analyst training, targetted on teaching skills required during the recruitment phase.
Our mission with the product is to provide the candidates preparing for interviews a
complete-control of their case practise and learning process.
Our AI tool allows candidates to practise cases without relying on another person to narrate and guide their case solving process.

Job Description :
We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to build out and manage our product development. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' recent experience with all of the skills listed below.
Responsibilities :
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture of an AI powered platform
• Designing the architecture of our databases to ensure speed and reliability
• Design and implement our REST APIs
• Design responsive front end User Interfaces using React and integrate with the APIs
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure correctness of your code
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Identify architectural weaknesses, design issues, performance and scalability issues, and recommend solutions
• Participate actively in code reviews
Skills :
• At least three years' experience with:
â—‹ Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
â—‹ Writing server side services using NodeJS and ExpressJS
â—‹ Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices
• At least two years experience with:
â—‹ Building clean and re-usable components using ReactJS
â—‹ In-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
â—‹ Working with Linux based systems
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and bundlerslike SCSS and Webpack
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code
Bonus points :
• Knowledge of central state management library like Redux
• Experience with deploying web applications in production environments using AWS EC2
• Experience building software products at an early-stage fast-growing startup
• Experience with agile methodologies in project management like Scrum
• Background in launching product in the Recritment or EdTech organization
