The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will use modern tools, techniques, and methods to design and develop new applications, components and services built on our next generation cloud-native commerce platform. The ideal candidate is a passionate Software Engineer with 5-8 years of relevant experience, who is capable of delivering thin slices of end-to-end functionality on a regular cadence, and who enjoys mastering and working with new and emerging technologies.
Our current technology stack includes Typescript/JavaScript, React/ React Native on the client side, expressed as a containerised micro-services architecture using Node JS supporting a suite of Mobile Client Apps.

You will be working on our newest product offering Aptos ONE; a cloud-native, mobile-first, and unified commerce services platform. This will enable retailers to respond to changing market demands across all customer touchpoint.
You will be part of Platform Engineering team who will be working on various innovative technology initiatives part of Aptos ONE product roadmap. It will be great opportunity to work among high calibre development team with latest cloud technologies.
Are you the person we're looking for?
To be successful in this role you will need demonstrated experience in the following:
• Designing and delivering high-visibility mobile & Web applications
• Own and Deliver end to end development
• Good working experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Microservices architecture on AWS
• React UI, React Redux and Saga.
• Typescript
• Node JS
• Jest, Mocha, Chai and Enzyme
• Rabbit MQ
• MySQL or Postgres
• Any background in retail, high-end transactional systems, eCommerce, point of sale (POS), or with payment, trading or banking solutions would be a big plus
• NoSQL (Preferably Crate) and Offline Datastore (Preferably Couchbase) would be a huge plus
