About the Role

Are you a seasoned developer passionate about building scalable applications and leading innovation? We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team and drive the development of high-quality software solutions across cloud platforms. This role spans the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and requires a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, and modern front-end frameworks.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help build and maintain our CI/CD pipelines for efficient cloud deployments.

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications based on business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for AWS deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive analysis and performance tuning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Very STRONG ON CODING.

Technical Skills
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong backend development skills and experience with RESTful APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, with experience using MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with AWS services (S3, ECS, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: TFS, Azure DevOps, Git.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering clean, maintainable code.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with telephony systems or contact center technologies.
• Understanding of network programming and networking concepts.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Regular attendance is essential.
