We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our office in Jaipur.As a Senior Software Developer at Valamis, you will contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Your tasks will include web application development using Java/J2EE based open source products such as Liferay etc. depending upon our needs. At Valamis, you will get to work with an international team and customers from Stiching Philadephia Zorg to Hema.What are we looking for in our new colleague?From the technical side:You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in web development using J2EE technologies JSP, Servlet etc.You have hands-on experience in developing web applications using MVX Framework, and youre familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript.You are able to write well designed, testable and efficient code.Experience working with Liferay is considered as an advantage.Also:You believe in teamwork and are able to work in a team efficiently.You have good social skills and you enjoy sharing knowledge with your colleagues.You enjoy communicating with the customer and youre able to explain the technical features and issues to them in an understandable way.You have good time management and skills and you are good at prioritizing tasks.You are efficient in making decisions based on your knowledge and experience.You are eager to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.In work projects, you can see the whole picture as well as the fine details.We support you in your development in many ways.
