Senior Software Developer – Conversational AI / Intelligent Automation
Job Location: Bangalore, India Working model: Hybrid / Flexible
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, implement and document top notch Conversational AI / Intelligent Automation solutions self-reliantly, effectively and efficiently. .
• Develop actionable, clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, extensible codes, including an automated build pipeline.
• Manage owned projects, milestones and final deliveries to business clients.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, data, processes and workflow and provide robust actionable solutions under expected deadlines.
• Contribute in researching and conceptualizing solution approaches and frameworks.
• Actively support positive & creative work-environment, speak-up culture, collaborations with others, demonstrate a high level of energy & enthusiasm and be curios to learn.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
• 4+ years of hands-on experience of building Conversational AI and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• BE / BTech / ME / MTech in engineering or Masters in Computer Applications / Sciences
• Knowledge and experience of unstructured large data, python, JavaScript, NLP, OCR, and Computer Vision. Experience of NLP modelling techniques is plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability and experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately ambiguous work environment.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge and previous work experience in financial services is a plus
