About the job:
FullCycle is working to extract and structure medical data contained within electronic health records. Our mission is to surface the most relevant information to make efficient decisions around the release of sensitive health information.
As a machine learning engineer, you will be responsible for investigating & recommending specific machine learning techniques to address real world problems. You will design and implement solutions, set up tooling and infrastructure, and develop & deploy backend applications.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of work or educational experience in MACHINE LEARNING or ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, including software development.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Python.
Preferred qualifications:
• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing, TensorFlow, Pytorch or other deep learning frameworks.
• Relevant professional experience with applied data analytics and predictive modeling.
• Hands on technical leadership experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Experience with Healthcare Technology.
• Demonstrated expertise working with one or more of the following: text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, ranking systems or similar.
• Can effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
