Responsibilities
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and technical specifications.
• Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solutions to achieve defined business or process objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts and workflows within the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript (Version 2.0) and other development tools.
• Develop and implement automated processes to streamline business operations across Finance, Accounting, and other departments.
• Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews to align solutions with business objectives and best practices.
• Integrate NetSuite with other internal and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Deliver technical expertise on systems integration projects, including the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
• Provide support for NetSuite-related technical issues, working closely with end-users, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor system performance, resolve system issues, and create automated alerting processes for critical business functions.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics for company financial information.
• Document business processes, system specifications, workflows, and technical architecture.
