Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design, coding, testability, and security.
Drive technology adoption and develop efficient algorithms for large dataset operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one software language
2+ years of design or architecture experience
