Job Description
Responsible for Architecture and “In Vehicl e Network” design and delivery with quality in stipulated time by Collaborating with multiple Centre of competencies and project teams.Project management activities (Electrical Architecture development plan aligning to project timelines, status reporting, Risk mitigation, Issue resolution, Resource management, Competency development, Budgeting, Team building etc..)Responsible for delivery of E&E Architecture balancing Scalability, Functionality, Cost, Quality, time, Size, Weight, Harness metrics, Q current, Network bus load, signal latencies, ECU memory and aggregate commonality. The main deliverables include: o Architectur e models, Function partitioning, ECU definitions, communication matrixo E&E BOM, Power mode document, Network topology, Circuit sch ematics o Busload, Timing and signal latency analysiso Testing, Integration support, trouble shooting on Labcar, prototype and pro duction vehicles. o Preparation/Evaluation of proposals and provide technical recommendation for concept selection.o Review of Fun ction Description documents, analysis of system interfaces, audit and reviewing of product hardware and software design activities

Skill and Competancy requirements.Strong Knowledge of Automotive E&E Systems, System Architecture and System functioning. Strong experience in E&E Architecture design, E&E Feature development using model based approach, function partitioning, syst em integration and testing.Strong knowledge on communication protocols like LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray and Ethernet.Strong knowledge on communication protocols like LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray and Ethernet. Hands on experience in E&E architecture & communication design tools like PREEVISION / Rhapsody, Volcano.Hands on experien ce in network testing (Eg. CAN, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP) and in usage of communication and diagnostic testing tools. (HIL systems, CANOE, Indigo etc.). Good knowledge on Electronic Hardware and interfacing design. Familiar with Hardware development process, i nterface analysis, schematic capture and simulation tools [e.g. ORCAD and PSpice]Knowledge on AUTOSAR, ASpice process and i nternational standards related to Communication and Diagnostic protocols. Strong knowledge on ECU Hardware and Software Arc hitecture.Strong knowledge on ECU Hardware and Software Arc hitectureFamiliar with Cyber Security and Functional Safety related requirements in Architecture and related standards & pr ocesses.Awareness of vehicle schematic design tools and Wire harness tools [e.g. Mentor Graphics]Good knowledge o f regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.Excellent skill in Project management, communication, Co- ordination, Tracking, Escalation and Conflict resolution.Coach, mentor, motivate team and create an environment for open co mmunications creative thinking and cohesive team effort
