• Issue resolution MUST be based on JIRA, New development and Enhancement in the Payroll MUST have approval from HR Track lead / IS lead, supported by functional specification & required formats if any.
• High-quality, Error-free output and timely delivery of expected results for the assigned tasks.
• Timely availability of latest version of source code and documents (Functional and Technical) in CVS against each custom object assigned to various modules.
• Error free delivery of assigned custom objects.
• Issue resolution by providing cost effective solutions using new technologies so that occurance will be minimised.
