The ideal candidate should bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development, particularly WordPress, and demonstrate proven capability in managing day-to-day hardware and software needs. This is a leadership-level opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, tech-driven real estate media environment. Key Responsibilities WordPress Development Architect, develop, and maintain complex WordPress websites, themes, and custom plugins. Implement advanced customizations and third-party API integrations. Oversee site performance, SEO compliance, and security best practices. Ensure scalability and maintainability of code through structured development methodologies. Full-Stack Web Development Write clean, efficient, and modular code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Design and implement backend logic and user-friendly frontends. Manage custom database structures and optimize queries for performance. Lead integration of APIs and external services to enhance functionality. IT & Hardware Support Lead IT infrastructure management including desktops, laptops, network devices, and peripherals. Oversee routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates. Establish and enforce hardware inventory control and asset documentation. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting Conduct regular audits to monitor website uptime, load time, and security risks. Drive performance improvements through caching, CDN, and code optimization strategies. Team Collaboration & Leadership Mentor junior developers and IT support staff. Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and design teams to translate business needs into digital solutions. Contribute to technology planning and decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development and full-stack web technologies. Strong command of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL. Advanced experience in building and scaling WordPress sites with custom solutions. Proficient in IT troubleshooting: networking, operating systems, printers, and device configurations. Familiarity with cPanel, DNS management, and server administration basics. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
