Role Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement software applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Review and improve existing code for efficiency and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve application usability.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop technical documentation for software applications.
• Adhere to agile development methodologies and practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in Java and Data Structure & Algorithms is required.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience in writing automated tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
