As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will drive the responsibility of developing features for our existing products and bring new innovations to the table. You will work with the latest tools and frameworks, crafting seamless user experiences that drive productivity and innovation. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic go-getter, problem solver, and works with “there is always a “solution' attitude, combined with empathy and strong communication.
What You Will Do in This Role
• Building and developing new software features for our JustCall product.
• Working through the design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases of project delivery.
• Provide software design and programming expertise to support research projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experimenting and reiterating on software basis feedback from customers/product & business stakeholders.
• Designing and developing new fast and robust algorithms to ensure that the platform supports millions of communications exchanges every month.
• Working with our engineering team to deploy and maintain research models in the production.
• Collaborating with the product and design teams on crafting great user experiences.
What you need to be successful
• 3-7 years of experience in ReactJS (not native), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in designing and building systems for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
• Experience in working with object-oriented programming with least one object-oriented programming language and understanding of browser caching.
• Experience with seamless integration of front-end to backend functionality.
• Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.
• Ability to design relational database schema at scale with Tailwind experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with test-driven/behavior-driven development using automated testing tools.
