Position -Senior SDET(Software Development Engineer in Test)
Location - Noida
We are looking for Senior SDET to design and implement test solutions across all testing phases, establishing and following quality standards to deliver high quality releases. It’s an opportunity to learn, lead and work on new technologies. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields/BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech
• Typically 6+ years of experience in progressive testing role
• Candidate must have card and payment domain knowledge
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
In this role you will-
• Design, develop and support test automation scripts for test infrastructure and provide automation solutions.
• Build comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new features, regression, performance and end to end testing.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
• Take full ownership of and maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deployments
• Devise test strategies to adequately cover requirements, develop high-level test scenarios that implement the strategy, and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases
• Conduct training and best practice sessions with the QA Team.
• Collaborate and work with Development, System Architecture and Product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design or code issues.
• Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the SDLC.
• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, creating design documents, coding and unit testing, technical documentation till production implementation.
• The product developed should be of the highest quality meeting all requirements within the scheduled timeframe.
Technical Skills – Requirements
• Must have strong coding experience of Java/ groovy, Selenium and Database(relational) Unit Testing framework and performance testing.
• Hands on experience in building testing framework(s) BDD Cucumber/TestNG
• Must have hands on experience in Frontend automation using Selenium or any other tool
• Must have hands-on experience in Web Services Automation using Java/groovy.
• Must have hands-on experience in Database testing. Well versed with writing complex SQL.
• Must have knowledge of any build tool Gradle/Maven/ANT etc.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies, Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Must have exposure to design custom automation framework
• Must have exposure in Continuous Integration using Bamboo/Jenkins
• Must have exposure of Agile Methodology
• Good to have knowledge in performance & Security testing
• Exposure of stored procedure and PL/SQL
• Working knowledge of Unix commands
• Good to have exposure in Mobile Automation using Appium/browserstack.
• Exposure of monitoring tools such as Splunk , Dynatrace etc.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills; attention to detail, thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
