You will oversee short-term operational/tactical responsibilities and ensure that all electronic data systems are designed, developed, implemented, and updated according to the needs of the organization.
Key responsibilities include participating in the development of software, working with technical staff to identify and resolve issues, and providing guidance on best practices for software development. You will also be responsible for evaluating, scheduling, and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing, and maintaining computer programs, and preparing systems documentation. Additionally, you will assist in training less experienced software development staff and participate in the development of software user manuals.
