Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities –
Help in development of scalable, embedded software for the company.
End to end customer interaction as needed for integration and support of solutions.
2. Functional responsibilities –
Design, develop and deploy the software products , mainly for the Android devices.
Work with product management and developers to ensure a stable, market needed product.
Discuss with clients, business analysts, and developers for a full stack of products to meet various customer needs.
Understanding of a broad range of platforms for identifying the best technology for the product
Ensuring Customer &partner satisfaction with product support and integration
Responsible for application certifications, documentation and migration plans for customers / partners when needed.
Good and agile troubleshooter
Good communicator
To qualify for the role, you must have –
Experience:
12 – 15 years of engineering experience with development, deployment, support and customer / partner handling for implementation with at least 4-5 years of people management experience.
Experience in solutioning working with clients.
Lead and participate in delivering A-class solutions.
An adept Agile lifecycle user for development and deployment of solutions.
Essential Skills:
Engineering degree, preferably in computer science or electronics
Strong knowledge of development lifecycles and deployment of solutions to customers
Experience in C++, java and Android, most importantly, hands-on programming knowledge is needed
Exposure to build platforms
Exposure to IDE platforms
Project management and customer management of large customers
Good to have skills:
Good presentation skills
Ability to work with product teams and clients for architecting reusable solutions across a range of product lines.
Self-starter with high ownership and responsibility
Able to make timely decisions in unknown/uncertain situations.
