• General knowledge sharing on improving fundamentals, industry best practices, performance improvements, etc. to keep team motivated and improve their impact
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and features, working closely with early-in-career talent
• Apply agile methodologies, managing the development process end-to-end and ensuring timely project completion
• Utilize project management tools like Jira to track progress, manage resources, and identify bottlenecks and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel/GSheets and Figma
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software products
