About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and optimize REST-based BillPay API services for our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful BillPay API services with features such as versioning, caching, authentication, authorization, throttling, circuit breaking, traceability, and orchestration.
Collaborate with global teams including business, infrastructure, and architecture partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps best practices to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Ensure performance optimization, monitoring, and security of API services.
Work in an Agile environment, leveraging tools like JIRA for tracking and delivery.
Requirements
5-7 years of hands-on experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF, Windows Services, Microservices, SOAP, and REST.
Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL and Oracle).
Practical knowledge of messaging technologies (Kafka and MQ).
Proficiency in Agile development and DevOps integration.
Preferred Skills
Frontend exposure to Angular, React, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and in-memory caching (Redis), along with the ability to develop proof-of-concepts/prototypes and work in a fast-paced environment.
