Designation: Senior Software Engineer
Location : Ahmedabad /Mumbai (Work from Office Only )
What you will do in this role:
Develop Odoo Solutions: You will design and develop Odoo apps, including new modules and customizations, to meet client requirements. Your strong knowledge of Core Python and the Odoo framework will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.
Analyze and Propose Solutions: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze their requirements, and propose effective alternative solutions that align with their business goals.
Manage Technical Environment: You will manage the technical environment, particularly in Linux-based systems, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency throughout the development process.
Lead Projects through Life Cycles: You will manage projects through various life cycles, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting both deadlines and client expectations.
Collaborate and Communicate: You will collaborate with team members and clients, using your strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
Pursue Continuous Learning: You will maintain a proactive attitude towards learning, continuously improving your skills, staying updated on the latest advancements in Odoo, and applying new knowledge to your work.
Experience Required :
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Odoo app development, including new module development and customization.
Proven track record of successfully implementing Odoo solutions that meet client requirements.
Core Python Expertise: Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts, with the ability to develop complex applications.
Odoo Framework: In-depth understanding of the Odoo framework and its applications in module development and customization

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
