We are looking for Lead Frontend developers with experience in building single page responsive applications with modern JS frameworks and libraries. The role involves working with the product management team, understand the business requirements, and take full responsibility of design, development, test and release of the applications. Requirements: 5+ years of ReactJS professional full-time experience building and maintaining complex software on a cross-functional team. You'll join us in writing clean, maintainable software that solves hard problems. You'll write testable, quality code. You'll push the team and the mission forward with your contributions Experience with Redux or Flux. . Should mentor team members and ensure consistent delivery of high quality software in a timely manner Model problems, then design, write, test, and release code to solve them Collaborate with your peers via code reviews to level up yourself and others, to improve your ability to provide effective feedback, and to achieve higher quality code. Should start and drive initiatives that improves the quality of the deliverables. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous call backs, promises Solid understanding of web applications performance optimizations. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap, and cross-browser and device development.
