In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Overall 8+ years IT industry experience with all phases of SDLC 7+ years of experience on Unix, Shell scripting & Unit Test Framework Troubleshoot Experience in any Database, preferable Microsoft SQL Server Strong knowledge of Database concepts and UNIX bash scripting. Advantage of having knowledge with JOB schedulers like Airflow, Oracle, DBMS, IBM IWS or Autosys. Experience in Servers Upgrade Migrations and Business Continuation Planning (BCP) activities Experience in any programming language, Java, Python or Javascript, HTML Experience in ETL ab initio , Hadoop is a plus Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Agile, JIRA and Confluence Experience using version control tools like GIT, CI/CD process and build tools like Gradle and Maven. Provide quick solution and partnership with stake holders Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Automated Testing using Selenium a plus Knowledge on GCP cloud would be added advantage Job Expectations: 7+ total years with working with business partners to breakdown requirements, manage technology delivery, educate the business on technology options, lead enterprise level initiatives and ensure that expectations are set and delivered on time and budget. 7+ years as part of a continuous integration and delivery team Must be able to provide examples that they have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple technology initiatives at the same time.
