THE ROLE
should be a skilled person to INNOVATE, THINK FLEXIBLE, BUILD RELATIONSHIP, DEVELOP, INFLUENCE, COMMUNICATE and BE CUSTOMER FOCUSSED. Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern. Remain highly adaptable - Due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines and priorities. Answer product and process related questions posed by customer through an internal case management system. Responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between TEMENOS and its customers
Key Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to be up-to-date with technology-skills and product improvements, team’s statistic in terms of ticket inflow, outflow, quality and quantity of resolution, manage escalations, improve customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Plan for effective turnaround of issues including resource planning based on the number of tickets, proactive plan on training over the required areas for self and team, effective utilization of processes and tools for support activity. Set objectives for the team and measure performance of team members. Build team-escalation matrix to avoid escalations to senior managers.
• Provide reports for management review on a need basis and at regular frequency, with root cause analysis on team performance, along with improvement plan on key performance indicators where/when necessary. Understand and implement improvements in process, procedures and contribute best practice and lessons learnt for improved customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
• + to 12 years exp in leading team of 10 members
• Education: BE/Btech/ MCA degree
• Software Proficiency required: ASP .Net, C#, VB.net, SQL server, ADO, MVC, WCF, LINQ, WEB API, JavaScript, jQuery, BootStrap.
• Strong people management skills in terms of being able to run a team of 10+ members
• Data analytical sills in terms of being able to forecast inflow and perform trend analysis
• Planning skills for team size, composition and training
• Project management skills in terms of setting objectives to team and tracking
