The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. Design and develop desktop and web-based applications in collaboration with the development team by using ServiceNow Skills to meet customer/user requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Writing clean, good-quality and maintainable code
• Collaborate with teams and BAs to understand the business requirement.
• Design and Develop desktop and web-based applications.
• Develop prototype and visual design, develop and design APIs and database etc.
• Troubleshoot, debug and refactor source code and write clean code.
• Write technical documentation.
ServiceNow Skills:
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM & ITBP core modules -Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Project Portfolio Suites of application.
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server -side JavaScript and the ServiceNow scripted APIs using scripted Web-Services
• Web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS, SSO-SAML
• Setup and Integration OF ServiceNow with third party system/applications
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies
Experience/ Qualifications Needed:
• Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience.
• Understanding of workflow -based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as automated solution.
• Excellent communication (Written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion.
• B.S in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Soft skills: Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders
