The Senior Software Engineer plays a key role within each phase of the software development lifecycle. This individual will lead the development efforts and closely work with product manager to understand the requirements, be a hands-on developer up to 50% and own the deployments and post go-live support. He/she also is responsible to help other developers, take care of the designs for new features and work collaboratively in case of any challenging problems and also work closely with the QA and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions and build a world-class Candidate Experience platform to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demands.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with product manager to understand the requirements and come up with necessary designs
• Develop and maintain Angular service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finish
• Validating requirements
• Development of complex SQL queries
• Support build and deployments
• Integration / enterprise testing
• Applications support / troubleshooting within a production environment
• Provide mentorship to junior developers
Qualifications
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
• 6+ years of system development experience
• At least 2 years of experience using the following technologies:
• Angular (Preferably latest versions)
• .Net Core
• MySQL and/or SQL Server
• JSON
• Deep familiarity with Angular, rest APIs, DB and SQL
• Deep familiarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks
• Experience architecting and developing enterprise integrations systems
• Develop, build and deploy Tools such as Jenkins
• Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment
• Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication
Working Conditions

• Sits and works at desk computer-keyboard for extended periods of time
