The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What You Will Learn And Contribute To
As part of our team, you will:
• Develop End-to-End applications related to Automation, Robotic Process Automation/RPA using but not limited to Microsoft Power Platforms
• Build Application User Interface/UI/Front End using but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps/SharePoint Designer/SPFx
• Build Flows using but not limited to MS Power Automate
• Integrate Application UI with Flows and other platforms/backend logical modules
• Build Logical modules using but not limited to MS Excel/MS Word.
• Perform requirements gathering, finalization, implementation & support for business need.
• Be open to learn new and evolving technologies/platforms.
• Understand, support & enhance applications ensuring they keep pace with the latest technological advancements.
Responsibilities
Your skills and experience
• Develop, test, and maintain web- business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and wok plans.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
Should have development background.
Exposure of modern patterns, technologies and methodologies like AngularJS, Node.js, Microservice architecture
Should have worked on at least one complex application which has interactions with other systems/complex applications
The candidate should have at least 4-7 years of experience in following technologies
• ASP.Net
• React JS, Type script, JSX
• C#.NET
• SQL Server
• jQuery
• Web API /WCF
