Job Summary
• Senior Software Engineer
Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Act as a key team member of IT Compliance unit (2nd level of defense) for supporting external reviews, conducting internal reviews and tracking the actionable in all the activities
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - • Work as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest prestigious NBFC. Be part of Fintech Transformation journey of BFL • Jointly execute & manage compliance reviews independently in the areas mainly comprising of – • ITGC & Infra – Server Database & End user Controls Information & Cyber Security • Application controls Technical – Change Mgt User Mgt Incident Mgt VA/PT TPRM etc • Application controls Functional – workflows Field validations data validations business controls • Payments business – IT controls • Data – security & privacy • Jointly support external audits happening on IT in the above areas Support for zero escalation and early closure of audit points • Track the actionable coming out of above reviews and push / work with owners for closure • Demonstrate technical understanding of above domains along with specific in-depth knowledge of some of the above areas. • Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience CA/CISA & Engineers • With various BFL Fin-tech initiative candidate need to have agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art review process • Also drive specific projects around IT & Fintech.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• a) Qualifications • BE/B.Tech/ CA-CISA with 2-5 years of experience in similar role, CISA/CISSP or similar qualification is added advantage. • Willingness to work in Compliance function (2nd level of defense) conducting IT reviews b) Work Experience Strong technical knowledge of given domains, ability to stay up to date with latest technologies Knowledge of RBI and other regulatory guidelines impacting IT Highly motivated, self-starter, Agile, Quick Learner Excellent oral and written communication, analytical skills, clarity of thoughts Demonstrated success & achievement orientation
