Job Description
• Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring boot, RDBMS , Hibernate, HTML , CSS and Java Script for one of the development team in Global Receivables technology.
In this role you will:
• Work as an individual contributor in complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and help development team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Senior Software Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred 6+ years of experience in software development Experienced in, Spring, Spring boot, RDBMS, Hibernate, HTML , CSS and Java Script Should have good knowledge on designing and implementing unit test scripts and automation for the same. Expertise in Java, object- oriented design and analysis, programming styles and design patterns. Expertise in creating and consuming SOAP & REST web services Expertise in J2EE application development using JDBC, Spring Boot, JavaScript, JSON and RESTful Web Services Good experience in code management, build and deploy tools - GitHub, Jenkins & uDeploy Write Functional Automation test cases for system integration using Selenium. Coordinate with architects and business experts across the application to translate key strategic objectives into actionable and governable roadmaps and designs. Analyze business and technology challenges and suggest solutions Experienced with development and maintenance of web applications and enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies. Help clear impediments related to back- end development Fluency in best practices for web- based information architecture and design using Spring boot Coordinate with architects and business experts across the application to translate key strategic objectives into actionable and governable roadmaps and designs. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to Work directly with US partner teams Should be good with SDLC processes and CICD pipeline integration Should be willing to work in shifts to provide better overlap with the US partner team & India teams Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
