Learn more on Tech Lead We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to work closely with CEO and Product to own the end-to-end technical implementation of the ZFW platform. This is a hybrid role at our Gurgaon HQ. Responsibilities • You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the product by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes. • You will work cross-functionally with Product to understand customer problems, launch platform features, and iterate quickly. • You will manage and motivate engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. Qualifications • You must have 4-6 years of Software Experience and have built/managed complex web applications with Python, Django/Flask, React JS, MariaDB. • You must have 1-2 years of experience leading projects and a team of developers, preferably in a start-up environment. • You must have experience with System Design and Database Management. • Experience in JavaScript, Node JS would also prove helpful. • Knowledge of restful Web services and a solid understanding of web applications. • You must be well-familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking. • Being result-oriented with a high level of ownership is a must. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bonus points if you have: • Previously gained Software experience at B2B E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics tech companies. • Experience managing cloud-based deployments using AWS.
