• Analyze, propose, and develop solutions for technical problems that impact multiple teams
• Design, plan, and develop programs to optimally extract, transform, and load data from data sources to the target systems
• Diagnose and resolve database performance issues
• Develop & manage templates for in-site editing and for content delivery using Modular page design strategy (using multiple pagelets)
• Provide development coding and support to products under development
• Conduct data analysis and assist team with complex ad-hoc queries
• Collaborate with other team members to carry out the project requirements and deliverables on time with quality in an Agile delivery mode
• Mentor junior staff technically
• Provide technical guidance to global development teams
Required Skill Sets
• Worked/knowledge on cross system integration with Oracle Applications
• Define the required Oracle patch level
• Oracle DB (PL/SQL, Java) development experience as well as Data modeling experience
• Knowledge of Advanced Replication
• Experience with PERL and PL/SQL
• Experience over Sites Navigation, Administration and linking
• Proficient in JSP Development
• Proficient in Core Java development
• Experience in database security or encryption
• Experience with Database migration, installation, upgrades and patching
• Experience with Scrum/Agile Development Processes
• Trouble shooting / debugging skills
• Analytic experience over sites
Interpersonal Skills
• Can work with different individuals in a constructive manner to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, supervisors and colleagues

• Good verbal and non-verbal communication along with good at decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Educational Qualification
B.E., BTech, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
