Qualification & Experience
- BTech/ BE/ in Computer Science
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Developer/ Module Leader in C++ environment
- Experience in developing socket programs/ network programming
- Quick Learner, adept at acquiring knowledge of the business domain and acceptance testing
- Experience and knowledge of Software Development Methodologies
- able to interact with Users to obtain the stated (and unstated needs) of a system to be/ being developed
Knowledge Acquisition and Sharing
- Candidates must be self-starters, keenly interested in knowledge acquisition, sharing and innovative solution approaches
- Must be able to guide, develop, train and lead a team of Developers
- Must possess good communication and articulation skills
Deployment:
- Selected candidates would work in Financial Technology Services for an established Indian IT company, expanding its footprint globally.
- Compensation package, terms and conditions would be at par with the best in the industry
• - The selected candidate would be initially deployed at the Organization's Development Centre, located at New Town Kolkata
