Job Description
Role: Desktop Support Engineer L1
Experience: 1 year experience Minimum
Location: Noida & Gurgaon
Note :- Require an Immediate joiner or 15 days Notice period
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have 1 years of experience in Desktop Support Role (DSS).
· Must have exposure on providing L1 support on Servers and Network devices
· Good communication skill
· Must have knowledge of encryption and decryption tools and process.
· Handling ticketing based tools
· Must have exposure to DC environment with basic knowledge about DC Infrastructure
· Ensure that all call assigned to him are updated and resolved within SLA
· Day to day troubleshooting for Incidents & Problems reported by users and timely update in the ticket logging tool
· Ability to quickly analyses & diagnose technical problems
· Troubleshooting desktop / laptop, Company Mobile or Company Mobile approved devices, OS, Printers, workstation, switch and Wi-Fi issues.
· Isolate system issues
· Reinstallation / configuration of desktop/laptops, printers, workstations
· Re-installation / configuration of in-scope OS level client software.
· Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues.
· Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software’s
· Assist in installation of approved patches onto desktops / laptops / workstation
· Configure Print Queues for Users / Groups.
· Troubleshoot print queue related issues
· Backup and restore of devices in case of IMAC
