Profile: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Maharastra, India (Onsite)

What you'll be doing:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) while adhering to industry-standard software development practices.
• Lead the development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain database schemas using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, and data security.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the software applications.
• Deploy applications on AWS and ensure their proper functioning by collaborating with DevOps engineers.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development using MERN stack.
• Strong understanding of system design and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Strong understanding of database design and development using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Technical :
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of other back-end languages like Python or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with Redis, Nginx, and Java would be a plus
