Experience and Skills Required
• 3 -7 years of engineering work experience and 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
• Experience with multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
• Strong coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams. And the responsibility of delivery of scalable and extensible distributed systems.
• Ability to drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality.
• Hands-on experience in using Repository management tools like GIT.
• Experience in architecting, and maintaining highly available services in a large service-oriented architecture.
• Experience in working with business and management in setting product strategy.
• Passion for building a strong Engineering culture, operational excellence & innovation.
• A strong team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders using very strong in documentation wherever necessary.
• One who believes in innovation and has a quest for out of box thinking.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Help multiple product teams, ensuring project development goals are met.
• Ensure smooth Planning, Development, and Delivery of a Series of full-stack applications on a variety of platforms.
• Give Strategy and Growth inputs and constantly help leadership.
• Ensure good communication protocols and processes are maintained between various teams.
• Understand and deliver the best of the Software Development life cycle process.
• Review code for team members and mentor Junior folks in the team.
• Creating well-documented architectural designs and meeting development timelines.
• Design algorithms, flow charts, and mind-maps and build codes with best-in-industry coding practices.
• Lead teams right from the project requirements gathering phase to completion and delivery
